Fulcrum systems are the first and only structures of their kind,
with the ability to fully integrate cladding into rapid-changeover,
synchronously locking assemblies and to fold within such compact envelopes.
Fulcrum's initial system was conceived of in 2012.
Fulcrum's exclusive technology is the brainchild of Matt D. Fischer.
Fischer studied architecture at the University of California, Berkeley.
In professional practice he has focused on the design of
flexible performing arts facilities and specialized equipment systems.
Based in San Francisco,
Fischer has led or taken part in the design of built projects in several states,
the District of Columbia,
and internationally, including for Carnegie Mellon University,
Lockheed Martin, San Francisco Opera, and Western Academy of Beijing.
Simplicity of use and effectiveness of design remain steadfast goals.
